Baked Rotini Recipe

2 cloves minced garlic
1 whole diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 whole diced tomato
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon oregano
45 ounces of RagĂș Chunky Tomato, Garlic, and Onion tomato sauce
1 box Rotini Pasta
4 cups (or more, yolo) of mozerella cheese
1 tablespoon of butter
salt and pepper (to taste)

1. Sauté your vegetables on medium high heat starting with garlic, onions, bell peppers, and then tomatoes.
2. Once your onions are translucent, add the ground beef and cook thoroughly.
3. Change your heat to a low summer and add the tomato sauce. (Hint: boiling your sauce at a high heat creates a soupy texture and we don't want that.)
4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
5. In a large pot of boiling salt water, cook rotini until al dente.
6. Strain pasta and add butter to the noodles. Stir into tomato sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and forms a light brown crust on the edges.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and Enjoy!
